We worship each Sunday at 10:00 AM and have been using a modified format of morning prayer from the Benedictine practice of daily prayer. The prayer services have been 30-40 minutes long, and we usually keep the Zoom meeting space open for a while after the service for a time of fellowship and social connection.

Upcoming services:
Sunday, April 5 at 10:00 AM – Palm-Passion Sunday
Thursday, April 9 at 7:00 PM – Maundy Thursday with the Lord’s Supper
Friday, April 10 at noon – Good Friday
Sunday, April 12 at 10:00 – Easter Sunday – The Resurrection of the Lord

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ZOOM
During this season when we are asked to stay home and keep our distance from others for the health of the whole community, we will be using an online meeting platform called Zoom to help nurture and nourish our community of faith. All you need is a computer with a camera and microphone or a tablet, iPad, or smart phone. You can watch with a computer that doesn’t have a camera, but you won’t be able to be seen by others.

The link to get into the meeting site for public gatherings will always be the same: https://zoom.us/j/2065258787 . You may recognize the meeting id number – it’s the WPC phone number! If you don’t have the link handy when you’re ready to join the meeting, you can open your browser, go to Zoom.us, choose “join meeting,” and enter the church’s phone number without dashes in the space for the meeting id. The basic level of Zoom is free, and you don’t need to sign up for anything. We’ll ask everyone to mute their audio which keeps the microphones off. When more than a few people participate, the background noises from each location can make the sound kind of difficult.
If you are planning to connect with a tablet, iPad, or smart phone, you’ll need to download the Zoom app ahead of time. You can find it in your device specific app store.
If you would like to access Zoom via phone, please call 253-215-8782 and enter our meeting code: 206 525 8787. Please note that this is a long-distance call from Seattle.
