We give thanks for the lives of Ralph Lundberg and Irene Luce who both died recently. Amazingly, they had each seen their 100th birthdays!
Ralph and Elinore, his wife of 75 years, have been WPC members since 1962 and were involved in many aspects of the life of our congregation. On numerous occasions, Ralph served as an elder and a deacon along with serving on committees and volunteering for many church projects. He was a faithful member and deeply loved by those who knew him. Ralph and Elinore moved to Forks shortly after the pandemic to be closer to their daughter and have been dearly missed.
Irene first joined the church in 1958. Though she moved to Kennewick to be near her son many years ago, she continued to feel love, loyalty, and connection to our congregation.
We give thanks for the lives of these saints, and pray for comfort for all who grieve.
